Membership in Chickasaw Archery Club is open to all persons who wish to participate in archery. We accept members without regard to sex, race, religion, age, or ethnic background. We are a family oriented club, which emphasizes archery as a sport for the entire family. Below are the general terms of membership.

General terms of membership into Chickasaw Archery Club
As a member you receive:
- Combination and access to club facilities
- Use of bow maintaining equipment.
- Newsletter
- Discounted shooting fees for club-sponsored events.
- Use of Indoor Range, Outdoor Practice Range, and 3D/Field Range anytime except as listed below:
- 3D/Field Range will be closed day before scheduled 3D shoot. This protects the workers setting range and maintains competitors/course integrity for all.
- 3D/Field Range closed day of a Field tournament except to competitors of the tournament, ranges will be open following completion of tournament.
- All ranges will be closed during scheduled workdays while work is being carried out.
- The Bullitt County’s 4H Chapter has been allowed to use CAC’s indoor range (warm weather outdoor practice range) during school days on Monday evenings. Members are asked not plan any practice which may interfere with these youngsters.
- Right to vote at the regular membership meetings (Held on first Monday of each month). After 60 day probation period
- Youth Associate Members receive only discounted shooting fees for
- club-sponsored events (application signed by parent/guardian).
Responsibility of Membership:
- Conduct yourself in a good sportsmanlike manner.
- Help monitor the club facilities and grounds.
- Keep club property clean and maintained inside and outside.
- Ensure all locks are secured whenever you are last to leave.
- No hunting on club property.
- Children are always welcome, but must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
- Members are encouraged to bring prospective members to the range as their guest. Please remember you are responsible for the safety of your guest. After the second visit your guest is expected to join the club and support club activities.
- Commit & Participate to better club. You agree to contribute in the operation, maintenance or betterment of the club. Examples of contributions would include, but not be limited to:
- Participate in work days,
- Setting/pulling targets
- Taking registrations
- Cutting grass/weed eating
- Target maintenance
Membership may be revoked without a refund of dues for violation of club rules, which include and not limited too:
- Use of alcoholic beverages or drugs on premises
- Leaving without securing locks
- Vandalism or theft (includes defacing of target butts)
- Discharging firearm on club property.
- Renewals are to be paid within 30 days of anniversary date – afterwards must rejoin as a new member
Chickasaw Archery Club (CAC) is a non-profit organization and is maintained by its membership.
