Subject: LONDON STRONG BENEFIT SHOOT

Message: As the ASA state director for KY I have put together a benefit shoot we have named London Strong to take place at one of our KY ASA clubs, Chickasaw Archery Club, in Shepherdsville KY. It will take place May31 and June 1 which were the dates of the London Pro Am that was an event held every year at the Laurel Co fairgrounds. My goal is to gather enough sponsor dollars to convert it to 100% of entry fees going to the relief fund and the ultimate goal of having the winners donate their winnings back into the fund. In addition to entry fees we will be doing silent auctions and raffles with the products we have accumulated with proceeds being added to the relief fund. We are also working with a local business in London that has agreed to match the first $50k that is raised at our event. Many archery companies and other local companies have already jumped on board with donations of product and money and any donations by your company is appreciated. As for where the money is going....I met with city and county officials in Laurel Co and London and they are going to work with ASA to determine the appropriate place to donate the funds so that we can maximize the benefit. My one stipulation to putting this whole thing together is that the money goes directly to those in need. I don't want any of it getting used for administration cost or fees.
